BLOOM BOUTIQUE FLORAL CARD TUTORIAL | FACEBOOK LIVE

This week on my Facebook Live, I created a soft, elegant Thinking of You card using the beautiful Bloom Boutique Suite Collection. I love the delicate floral images, the soft colour palette and the layers of die-cut foliage that come together to create a card that's perfect for sending a little kindness to someone special. The subtle ink splatters and twine add just the right finishing touches without overwhelming the design. Sometimes a handmade card says what words cannot, and a simple "Thinking of You" can mean so much.  If you missed the Live, you can catch the full tutorial on YouTube and see how the card comes together step by step. BLOOM BOUTIQUE ELEGANCE CARD TUTORIAL | FACEBOOK LIVE

Last night on my Facebook Live, I created this card showcasing the beautiful Boutique Blooms Designer Series Paper paired with soft, custom-coloured floral elements. To create the flowers and foliage, I blended ink onto Basic White Cardstock before die-cutting the pieces, allowing me to achieve these delicate Barely Blush and Peaceful Pine tones that coordinate perfectly with the paper. The layered bloomed, textured leaves and flowing twine add dimension and interest, while the Designer Series Paper panels provide an elegant backdrop. This design is a wonderful way to stretch your supplies by creating perfectly matched embellishments from simple white cardstock and your favourite coordinating ink colours. Whether you use a "Thinking of You" sentiment or adapt it for another occasion, this versatile card design would be perfect for birthdays, sympathy, friendship, or just-because cards. If you missed the Live, you can catch the full tutorial on YouTube and see how the card co...

MINI CARD TUTORIAL | FACEBOOK LIVE

This week’s Facebook Live cards feature the new Artisan Sketched Garden Designer Series Paper and the Beautiful Ordinary Life Designer Series Paper. These sweet little mini cards came together beautifully with soft pastel stripes and simple stamped images. Each one has its own personality with a duck, deer, rabbit or floral bouquet and all tied together with the crisp Happiest Birthday Wishes sentiment. They’re quick to make, easy to gift, and a lovely way to use small pieces of patterned paper while keeping everything fresh and cheerful. I’m also sharing this set of soft, polka‑dot birthday minis — simple layouts brought to life with delicate floral line art and just a touch of colour. The crisp sentiment banner keeps everything cohesive, while the enamel dots add that little pop of charm. They’re also sweet, quick to make, and perfect for building a stash of ready‑to‑send birthday cards. Click the link below to see how it came together, step by step. I’d love to know what you think....
