HAPPIEST BIRTHDAY

Welcome to the Ink It! Stamp It! Blog Hop. This month we are sharing projects featuring our favourite colour combo. You may have arrived here from my super talented friend Jenny if you're hopping along already. If you started here, welcome and please make sure to visit all the Design Team's blogs, the full line up below will guide you through all the projects.   It's no secret ... Pool Party is my favourite colour, add a little Flirty Flamingo and Lemon Lime Twist to complete my favourite colour combination.   I love the Pool Party patterned paper in the Painted Seasons Designer Series Paper Pack and the fact that it's a free Sale-A-Bration item is even better!   I've also teamed it with a piece of black and white spotted paper from the Botanical Butterfly Designer Series Paper Pack, also a free Sale-A-Bration item!   The bouquet of flowers are from the Needle & Thread Stamp Set and are stamped in Flirty Flamingo and Lemon Lime Twist.

ALL GEARED UP! - STAMPIN' UP! ARTISAN BLOG HOP

Hello and welcome to March's Stampin' Up! Artisan Blog Hop.   This month we are featuring the Geared Up Garage Bundle from the Classic Garage Suite in the 2019 Occasions Catalogue. This is a fantastic bundle to create those masculine cards and this hop showcases some stunning creations to inspire you.   I often struggle to make masculine cards but this suite makes it so easy. Everything from the car, tool box and oil can images in the stamp set to the gear cogs and co-ordinating thinlits dies are right on point for those men in your life.    The splodgy stamp creates the look of a typical oil stain and I've added some small splatters too. I love these gear cogs, especially in silver, as it makes them look like they're alloy! And these Classic Garage Metal Elements are adorable - I love anything in miniature! And what guy doesn't like a little sweet treat too? I filled this little Clear Tiny Treat Box with jellybeans in

DEAR DOILY BIRTHDAY

Doilies remind me of my Nana. She used to set the table beautifully especially for high tea on a Sunday and a doily was always tucked underneath a delicious chocolate cake! The background Whisper White cardstock has been embossed with the Subtle Dynamic Textured Impressions Embossing Folder. The sentiments, both stamped and die cut, are from the Well Said Bundle. It's one of those "must have" sets! The bow on this card was created by water colouring a piece of Shimmery White Cardstock with Melon Mambo ink and then die cutting it. Water colouring it gave a softer effect. The die cut sentiments have been cut several times to create height and I've used Multipurpose Adhesive sheets to do this. It is must quicker and easier than gluing them. I've also used three black
