Welcome to my blog! Today I'm sharing the card I made for this week's Global Design Project 320 | CASE the Designer.  This is Kayla McCreadie's gorgeous card we are CASEing this week. Kayla's card has lots of interesting design details, from the fraying of the Linen Paper to the layering of stamped images and dies cuts. I have included these, along with the layout (I just mirrored mine) to create my card. It was the first time I had used the Linen Paper and it was an interesting medium to use. It adds a tactile element and it stamped on easily. Then I layered up the die cut elements in Vellum and then the water-coloured Amaryllis. Like Kayla I added the gold trim bow and Bumblebee Trinket. For a step by step tutorial please click on the image below. All products are listed in the tutorial and below. Please remember to head on over to the  Global Design Project blog  and check out all the fabulous creations made by my fellow team members and we would love to see your cre

Welcome to November's Be Inspired Design Team Blog Hop! This month the theme is Happy Holidays, I'm looking forward to seeing what everyone has created! P lease be sure to hop all the way around for lots of inspirational projects created by the design team.  My Happy Holiday's Themed Card has been created using the Knit Sweater Dies and the Merry Snowflakes Stamp Set. I started by making a stencil with the dies. I lined them up on a piece of Basic White Cardstock, slightly larger than the dies and ran them through the Stampin' Cut & Emboss Machine. Using the Embossing Paste and the stencil I created the embossed panel. I also die cut a strip of the deer with the Gold Metallic Specialty Paper and adhered them over the embossed deer. Then I heat embossed the sentiment from the Merry Snowflakes Stamp Set and adhered it over a strip of the Gold Metallic Specialty Paper. A bow in the Gold Simply Elegant Trim and a sprinkling of Gold Metallic Pearls completed my card. Nex

You may be starting here or have come from another blog - either way you can find the link list at the bottom of this post so that you can see every blog post and idea today. I created my thank you cards using paper from the You're a Peach Designer Series Paper. I love Stampin' Up! DSP, there are so many gorgeous designs and colours to choose from, sometimes it's hard to choose which side to use! I picked out the Petal Pink to use as the card base and layered up the striped and spotted paper under the sentiment. The White Baker's Twine has been wrapped around a couple of times and tied into a bow, then I'
