Hi and welcome to my newly designed blog which is the work of the incredibly talented and gorgeous Louise Sharp (http://www.louisesharp.com.au/). It's so much nicer to be posting on a beautifully decorated blog!
Now that my feet are back on terra firma after my amazing Brisbane trip I thought I should make my card for this week's Global Design Project challenge.
For some reason I just couldn't settle on what to make and each time I made a card I put it to one side and started again! There's something to be said for putting it away and coming back with fresh eyes, which is exactly what I did this morning and here they all are!
This card uses the Love You Lots Hostess stamp set. I love this little frog it's so cute and quirky! I've made this card with a special friend in mind who is always so thoughtful, kind and does some wonderfully sweet things for me!
The flamingo and leaves from the Pop of Paradise stamp set work perfectly with these colours.
And these little note cards were inspired by the cards we made at On Stage using the Sealed with Love Bundle. For these I've used the Birthday Bright stamp set which are also in the upcoming 2017 Occasions Catalogue.
At least now I've got a few cards to add to my stash and I've tried some new things!
Enjoy the rest of your weekend - Angela x
You are the sweetest Angela. I am so glad you like your new blog.
ReplyDeleteI can't believe you made all these cards with the colour combo - I really struggled with the colour palette and you rocked it - as always! Thanks for supporting the GDP - we adore you. xo
Hi Louise thanks for your lovely comments and stopping by! And all your support - Angela x
