CASEING THE CATTY #195 | FESTIVE FARMHOUSE

If you started here, welcome and please make sure to visit all the Design Team's blogs, the next button at the end of this post will take you on your journey.    This week my inspiration came from the "Happy Christmas Wishes" card above on page 12 of the Holiday Catalogue.     My card has been made using the Frosted Floral Specialty Designer Series Paper and the Beautiful You Stamp Set - and yes I'm still not ready for Christmas! This paper is printed on shimmery white paper and is gorgeous. GLOBAL DESIGN PROJECT #154 | THANK YOU CARD

Hello and welcome to my blog! Today I'm sharing my card for this week's Global Design Project Sketch Challenge.   It's a great layout and I really enjoyed making my card for this challenge.     I started with one of my favourite colours - Coastal Cabana and went from there! The spotted Coastal Cabana paper is from the Brights 6" x 6" Designer Series Paper and it goes so well with Lemon Lime Twist cardstock.    The crosses have been embossed in white on Shimmery White cardstock with a wash of Coastal Cabana ink over it. "Thank You" has been embossed in gold on a piece of Vellum cardstock and then fussy cut!   I have created a tutorial for this card - it can be purchased here . GLOBAL DESIGN PROJECT #153 | BOTANICAL BLISS

Hello and welcome to my blog! Today I'm sharing my card for this week's Global Design Colour Challenge which use the three colours below: Daffodil Delight and Flirty Flamingo remind me of Spring and as it's officially Springtime here in New Zealand (although the weather outside would have you thinking otherwise!) I decided to use my Botanical Bliss stamp set and co-ordinating Botanical Tags Thinlits Dies to create my card.   The base of my card uses the Daffodil Delight paper from the Brights 6" x 6" (15.2 x 15.2 cm) Designer Series Paper with a piece of striped paper from the Frosted Floral Specialty Designer Series Paper in the new Holiday Catalogue. The Flirty Flamingo circle is cut from the Starburst Punch and then embossed using the new Subtle Embossing Folder - doesn't it look great?     My little bird has been stamped in Daffodil Delight, fussy cut and sits on leaves cut from the Botanical Tags Thinlits Dies. CASEING THE CATTY # 194 | ALL IS BRIGHT
