Welcome to this week's CASEing the Catty Blog Hop. Today's project is from the Artistic Expression section (pages 132-181) of the Annual Catalogue.
This week I've chosen to CASE the Celebrate Banner on page 179.
I needed a new banner for my display board showcasing one of the new Designer Series Papers so it was great to take this opportunity to make one.
I used the Whole Lot of Lovely Designer Series Paper for the banners then layered an oval from the Stitched Shapes Framelits. The letters have been stamped in Pool Party with the "Letters for You" stamp set and cut using the Large Letters Framelits Dies. A string of 1" Gold Foil circles finishes off the banner.
It was such a fun project and looks great on my display board.
Next on the blog hop is the talented Alisa Tilsner, you won't want to miss her cool cards!
And as always we'd love you to play along, you can join the challenge here:
