Welcome to this week's CASEing the Catty Blog Hop. Our inspiration this week comes from the How Sweet it is Suite in the 2019 Stampin' Up!® Occasions Catalogue.  You may have arrived here from seeing Rose's lovely project if you're hopping along already. If you started here, welcome and please make sure to visit all the Design Team's blogs, the next button at the end of this post will take you on your journey.
This week my inspiration came from the "Just for You" card below on page 22 of the Catalogue.
I love the little 3" x 3" cards and they make great gifts all packaged up in the mini pizza boxes!
I used the little butterfly from the Butterfly Gala Stamp Set and punched it out with the co-ordinating Butterfly Duet Punch to create my repeat pattern. The butterfly was stamped with Powder Pink on Whisper White Cardstock and adhered to Powder Pink Cardstock.

The flower and leaves stamps are from Forever Lovely and Happy Birthday is from Amazing Life and use Lovely Lipstick and Lemon Lime Twist Ink. Happy Birthday has been punched out using the Classic Label Punch and then I've trimmed the ends.
As I was enjoying this design I decided to make some more little cards! The background has been embossed with the Dot to Dot Textured Impressions Embossing Folder.
Behind the butterfly is a few circles of Rose Metallic Thread - it's so pretty!

  2. Both cards are really sweet, Angela and the repeated design makes a great background. I love having a stash of little cards like this on hand.

  3. So lovely Angela- who would have thought you could fit so many butterflies on a wee 3 x 3? They both look great but I love the first one.

  4. Beautiful cards Angela. On the first card, I love that you've substituted the vases with butterflies, they look great.

  5. I love how soft and pretty these are, Angela. Those repeated butterflies, all lined up so perfectly, that's right up my alley! Gorgeous CASE of the original card.

  6. I love where your inspiration went with this one! The butterflies are a perfect repeated pattern! Such sweet and delicate coiours make these cards soooo pretty.

  7. Your wee card is so pretty, and a great CASE of the original. Don't you love it when one card kicks off the inspiration for another? Your second card is equally as gorgeous.
