Hello and welcome to my blog! Today I'm excited to be featured on the Stampin' Up! Corporate Blog sharing the mini album I created using the Let It Snow Specialty Designer Series Paper (#150393). I love creating mini albums, they make great gifts and can be created for any occasion. This little Christmas album is ready to add a photograph or two and snippets of Christmas 2019. The Let It Snow Specialty Designer Series Paper (#150393) and the Stitched Nested Labels Dies (#149638) combined to form the base for my album. I die cut four of the largest labels in Whisper White Cardstock (#106549) and eight in the Let It Snow Specialty Designer Series Paper which I adhered to each side of the Whisper White labels. Then the fun of decorating it began! The front has the “Tis the Season” die cut in Real Red Cardstock (#106578) from the Jolly Season Dies (#150648) and is coated with Shimmery Crystal Effects (#150892) to give it a lovely sparkling shine. I added three ...

'TIS THE SEASON WREATH DIE-CUT TIP
The global Stampin' Up! Artisan Design Team members have been sharing extra tips and tricks for using our dies on the Stampin' Up! Facebook page. Here's the tip I shared. To add a soft shadow and another layer to your die-cut image, turn your die over and trace around it on a piece of Vellum Cardstock. Cut it out with your Paper Snips and rub out any remaining pencil lines. Then layer it under your die-cut image, it's slightly larger than the die-cut image so it adds another layer and dimension to your project. Check out the Stampin' Up! Facebook page to keep up-to-date with what's happening and anything new! INK IT! STAMP IT! | INSPIRED BY HOME DECOR
Welcome to the Ink It! Stamp It Design Team Blog Hop. You may have arrived here from my lovely and talented friend Amy Koenders from the USA. If you are starting here please see the complete list at the bottom of this post which will guide you through all the inspiration projects the team has to share. The theme for this hop is "Inspired by Home Décor" and as I looked around my home for inspiration I settled upon this little corner. I've used the colours to inspire me - Night of Navy, Whisper White, Granny Apple Green and Silver. All these pieces have special memories, the potted orchid my Mother gave me for a birthday, the framed print is from a friend after a trip to Europe, the silver napkin ring belonged to my Nana and the thimble was a gift from my landlady/flatmate in London - so many fond memories in one spot! I have used the Beautiful Friendship Stamp Set and stamped the flowers randomly using Night of N...

INK & INSPIRATION | THE GREAT OUTDOORS
Welcome to the Ink & Inspiration Design Team Blog Hop. You may have arrived here from my lovely and talented friend Sarah Fleming from the USA. If you are starting here please see the complete list at the bottom of this post which will guide you through all the inspirational projects the team has to share. The theme for this hop is "The Great Outdoors" and I thought the Sailing Home Stamp Set and co-ordinating Smooth Sailing Dies were perfect for this! The Come Sail Away Designer Series Paper is full of nautical themed images and makes a perfect background for my cards. I've layered up the lighthouse stamped in Night of Navy, an anchor in Real Red and a ship's wheel die cut in Sahara Sand onto a circle from the Stitched Shapes Dies. Happy Birthday is from the Well Said Stamp Set and has been white embossed onto Basic Black Cardstock. To tie in the red I added some Cherry Cobbler rhineston...
